4. IRCC Review

IRCC will review your application to confirm your continued eligibility. The process includes:

✅If refused, you may have the option to request a reconsideration, seek a judicial review at Federal Court, or explore other immigration pathways such as Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) grounds.
